The Berkeley Gardens This landmarked building is located in the Jackson Heights Historic District of Queens, New York. Built in 1938, the 278 apartment co-op is composed of three buildings which encircle a private park. The scope of work for this project included the development of a master plan for the interior park as well as a planting plan and historically appropriate railing for over 1,000 linear feet of perimeter planting beds. |
