The circa 1907 Majestic Theatre and surrounding landmarks were refurbished and transformed into The Majestic Theatre Condominiums as part of an adaptive reuse project in Jersey City. With the historic theatre façade as its backdrop, the front entryway features a handicapped accessible ramp, broad welcoming steps and a sitting area in the shade of a large Cherry tree.
